This is a unique programme combining an ILM Approved Leadership Development programme with an EMCC accredited coach qualification programme.
Aim of the programme:
The aim is to give the participants a range of coaching, management and leadership understanding and skills, to enable them to lead and enable change effectively within their organisational and business environment.
The programme consists of 4 days of workshop training typically including areas such as:
- Coaching for leaders (accredited by EMCC)
- Leading and motivating teams
- Leading change
The leadership subjects can be customised to meet specific training needs identified by the client.
The first two training days will be based around our EMCC accredited coaching and mentoring qualification programme. Following the 2 days of coaching training, the participants will be supported and supervised while they practice using the coaching skills with their team members.
The 3rd and 4th days of training are focused around leading and motivating teams through change.
The training is practically orientated, mixing theory with exercises and conversations. The participants will receive a workbook describing the tools and techniques covered in the workshop. The participants will be encouraged to apply the skills to make a real and positive difference in their work environment.
Upon successful completion of the course the participants will receive both an internationally recognised EMCC qualification certificate in coaching and mentoring as well as a development programme certificate from ILM.

- The fee will be invoiced monthly.
- Payment is due 2 weeks after invoice date.
As this course includes a number of conversation exercises, where the trainer also observes and provides feedback, we suggest that the number of participants for a workshop should be between 6 and 12.
