It’s only when you have a real rapport with your clients that the most rewarding work starts, and the benefits of your services are felt at a deeper level.

And it’s only when you have a truly cohesive team that your entire practice is able to support the overall business objectives and partners and managers are able to perform at their best.

Communication and interpersonal skills play a key role in forming these internal and external relationships. Our specialist courses for professionals are focused on developing these skills.

These practical workshops, designed for client facing staff and leaders at all levels, explore the art of effective communication and how to gain trust and build affinity with clients and colleagues. The results are powerful and long lasting.

These courses can be combined with individual or group coaching to help partners and management teams embed their new skills effectively into the practice.

Subjects include:

  • Coaching Skills for Financial Planners
  • Client Interpersonal Skills for Accountants
  • Client Interpersonal Skills for Lawyers
  • Presenting with Impact
  • Mentoring Professional Talent
  • Effective Communication
  • Assertiveness
