Conflict is relatively common issue in the workplace. It can range from relatively small lingering problems to sudden, more major emotional eruptions. Increasing our understanding of causes and symptoms of conflict and having practical tools to deal more effectively with them can help reduce the incidence and severity of conflict.

This workshop is designed for law professionals at all levels in a firm. It will help them address their own conflicts with colleagues, team members and even managers, and explore how they, as people managers, deal with conflicts amongst team members. We'll also spend some time examining how best to deal with conflicts between lawyers and clients.
