About Dave
Dave Henson is a highly experienced executive and business coach with over 15 years of cross-cultural and commercial experience in project management, leadership development and organisational transformation.
He brings a strong international perspective, having worked extensively with leaders and organisations across Europe and beyond, supporting growth, performance and change in complex environments.
Dave is the owner, director and former CEO of WE Bridge International, an accredited pre-university college bridging business, language and culture for international students.
Under Dave's leadership, the organisation underwent a complete transformation and grew tenfold, partnering with multiple British universities and training hundreds of students each year.
